In many cases, micro markets appear, quite contrary to the national headlines of real estate, where all the nation is lumped in to one large statistical pot!!
We can provide you with the market updates at any interval you wish, but recommend quarterly. One of which is in January to prepare you for your important tax appeals. And then we produce your personal market update every quarter to give you a good indication as to how the market in your area ebbs and flows throughout the year.
Now, obviously every home is different, so we provide a High, Low, Average, and Median breakdown of the market. This allows you to have a great guide to the value of your home. And when you decide to sell, purchase, or invest, we just compare your home to the comparable home to determine where your property falls in the market. We've provided an example below.
